Information we handle

• Account details: name, email, optional phone number, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Celebration content: invitation text, event date and venue, design settings, uploaded media, and host-selected features.
• Guest information: details a host adds, invitation status, RSVP responses, dietary preferences, and wishes or photos a guest chooses to submit.
• Messages to us: feedback content, an optional name, and at least one email address or phone number supplied for follow-up.
• Service and security data: request and device information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect accounts.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, publish invitation pages, deliver RSVP and guestbook features, send host-requested invitations or reminders, support customer requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

If a host uses AI-assisted features, the prompt and relevant content they choose to submit may be processed by the AI service configured for that feature to return a draft or suggestion. Hosts should not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive guest information in AI prompts.

Sharing and visibility

Published invitation pages and their enabled content can be viewed by people with the link, subject to any passcode or invitation access controls the host enables. A host may be able to see guest replies, guestbook entries, and other participation details. Do not submit information you do not want the host to receive.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, messaging, and AI features where configured. They process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to protect people or the service, respond to lawful requests, or support a business transfer.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the account and celebration features, resolve support matters, meet legal requirements, and maintain appropriate records. Hosts control much of the guest and event content they add and can manage or remove it through available account tools. Some operational logs may be retained for a limited period for security and reliability.

We use access controls, authenticated host workspaces, ownership checks, rate limits, and transport protections designed to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. Internet transmission and storage are not risk-free; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

The feedback form requires an email address or phone number so we can follow up; providing your name is optional. Account holders can update available profile information and manage event content in the studio. Guests can contact the event host about information submitted to that celebration. For a privacy question or request concerning information handled by Celebration Studio, use our feedback form and include enough detail for us to understand the request; do not include passwords or invitation access codes.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
